1. In June 2001, the Shizuishan Municipal People's Government issued the "Notice on the Establishment of the Leading Group for the Merger and Reorganization of Shizuishan Urban Credit Cooperatives."
2. In November 2001, Shizuishan City Credit Cooperative was merged and reorganized into a single legal person on the basis of the original Shizuishan City City Credit Cooperative, Shizuishan Xingye City Credit Cooperative, and Pingluo County City Credit Cooperative.
3. From 2003 to 2007, Shizuishan City Credit Cooperative continued to grow and develop, exceeding the goal of deposit balance exceeding one billion yuan ahead of schedule, taking the lead among financial institutions in the region to carry out entrepreneur credit business, and introducing international Advanced banking software. Tang Shuangning, vice chairman of the China Banking Regulatory Commission, came to inspect and inscribe the works.
4. In April 2008, the 11th Standing Committee Meeting of the Shizuishan Municipal Party Committee and the 8th Executive Meeting of the Municipal People’s Government agreed to establish Shizuishan Bank and submitted it to the Financial Office of the Autonomous Region for comments.
5. In June 2008, Yin Quanzhou, director of the Autonomous Region Financial Office, held a meeting to study and agreed to the Shizuishan Urban Credit Cooperative to establish Shizuishan Bank. The decision was submitted to the Autonomous Region Party Committee and the government for approval.
6. In June 2008, Qi Tongsheng, member of the Standing Committee of the Autonomous Region Party Committee and Executive Vice Chairman, made important instructions, agreed with the opinions of the Autonomous Region Finance Office, and submitted them to Secretary Chen Jianguo of the Autonomous Region Party Committee and Chairman Wang Zhengwei of the Government for review.
7. In July 2008, Chairman Wang Zhengwei made important instructions and agreed to retain Shizuishan Urban Credit Cooperative and establish Shizuishan Bank on this basis.
8. In July 2008, Secretary Chen Jianguo made important instructions and agreed to establish Shizuishan Bank.
9. In July 2008, the People's Government of the Autonomous Region reported the "Letter on Requesting Support for the Establishment of Shizuishan Bank" to the China Banking Regulatory Commission.
10. In July 2008, the People's Government of the Autonomous Region established a leading group for the establishment of Shizuishan Bank. Qi Tongsheng, member of the Standing Committee of the Autonomous Region Party Committee and Executive Vice Chairman, is the leader of the group. The office of the leading group is located in the Financial Office of the Autonomous Region, and Yin Quanzhou also serves as the office Director, specifically responsible for the establishment work.
11. In August 2008, Shizuishan City Credit Cooperative held an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders, reviewed and approved the resolution to establish Shizuishan City Bank, and established a Shizuishan Bank preparatory group headed by Chairman Li Dengfang.
12. In August 2008, Wuzhong Binhe Village Bank initiated and established by Shizuishan City Credit Cooperative opened for trial operation.
13. In August 2008, Director Lou Wenlong of the Second Supervision Department of the China Banking Regulatory Commission inspected and guided the work and fully affirmed the business development of Shizuishan City Credit Cooperative.
14. In December 2008, the China Banking Regulatory Commission officially approved the establishment of Shizuishan Bank.
In February 2009, the founding meeting of Shizuishan Bank was held. The meeting voted and approved relevant issues for the establishment of Shizuishan Bank, and elected the first board of directors, board of supervisors and management team.
16. On March 21, 2009, Shizuishan Bank was officially opened for business.
