Can I consult the legal department if my credit card is overdue?
Legal analysis: if the credit card is overdue, the issuing bank will agree to negotiate after prosecution. If the repayment amount, repayment time and other matters change after negotiation, the issuing bank may choose to withdraw the lawsuit. The premise is that the debtor promises to repay the money, otherwise the bank will not negotiate with the cardholder. Under normal circumstances, after the credit card is overdue, those who have not returned the arrears after two bank collections have reached the standard of criminal filing.

Legal basis: Article 196 of the Criminal Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) commits credit card fraud under any of the following circumstances.
