At present, there are two employment systems for school recruitment in the banking system:

One is the labor contract system,

One is the labor dispatch system. Bank contract workers sign contracts with banks, with higher annual salary, five insurances and one gold plus various welfare benefits and performance bonuses.

Labor dispatch employees are signed with dispatch companies and sent to work in banks. The contract is stamped by the dispatching company, not the bank. There is a gap between the salary level and welfare benefits of employees who formally sign contracts.
