If your Bank of Communications credit card suddenly becomes unusable, it may be because the card itself has been degaussed or the bank has determined it to be a risky transaction. It may also be because you have set online banking or transaction restrictions yourself.
1. Degauss the card and test it by swiping it on a machine in another supermarket (do not use a cash-out machine to test);
2. UnionPay automatically identifies risky transactions, that is, cash-out transactions. For example, after multiple transactions on this machine (referring to non-well-known merchants or large supermarkets, which usually appear on cash-out machines), the UnionPay system determines that there is suspicion of cash-out and automatically withdraws the payment;
3. Personal settings Online banking or transaction restrictions.
