When the cardholder fails to pay off the minimum repayment amount before the final repayment date of the current period or has delayed repayment, Ping An Bank will charge a certain penalty.

The charging standard of liquidated damages for Ping An Bank's credit card (debit card):

1) If the overdraft principal does not exceed 2 yuan or US$ 3, the liquidated damages will be charged according to the outstanding overdraft principal;

2) when the overdraft principal exceeds 2 yuan or USD 3, the penalty will be charged at 5% of the unpaid part of the minimum repayment amount, with the minimum RMB 2 yuan or USD 3.
