You can apply to increase or cancel the temporary limit of credit cards (except business cards) in the following ways:

1. Please log in to credit card online banking and click Account Management-Account Limit Management-Temporary Limit Adjustment to apply. We will review the card usage according to the cardholder's consumption and repayment.

2. Telephone voice self-help: Call the credit card customer service hotline 8008205555 (free of charge, fixed line only) or 4008205555 (local call fee), and enter 2-3- 1 as prompted to apply.
