2. The refund process is as follows: (1) The cardholder applies for a refund from the merchant. (2) The merchant agrees to refund. (3) The merchant submits a refund application to the bank. (4) The bank agrees to refund. (5) The bank returns the money to the cardholder. (6) The difference between the two options is in Article 5, one is refunded to the Meituan account, and the other is refunded to the credit card.
