One month before the credit card expires, the card issuer shall notify the cardholder to change the card in writing or in other ways agreed by both parties. If the cardholder has no objection, the card issuer shall consider that the cardholder agrees to continue to use the card, and the card issuer has the right to decide whether to replace the cardholder with a new card. ?

If the card cannot be exchanged due to the termination of cooperation between the card issuer and the cooperative unit, credit card organization or company, the card issuer may issue other credit rating cards. If the cardholder does not renew the card or stops the card halfway, he still needs to pay off the debt owed by the card. ?
Before the cancellation of all credit cards in the cardholder's name is approved, the deposit cannot be withdrawn in advance without the approval of the card issuer, and the deposit and interest can only be withdrawn 30 days after the cancellation of non-platinum card/non-top card and 75 days after the cancellation of platinum card/top card. The deposit interest shall be paid to the cardholder according to the relevant regulations of the People's Bank of China.
