The house purchased by the applicant is a local commercial house, the purchase time is within 15 years (inclusive), and the purchase area is 80 square meters or above, except for customers of affordable housing, poor housing or demolition housing. Among them, applicants with a purchase area of 120 square meters or more can apply for a gold card;

4. Vehicle displacement 1.0, with more than 8 seats (inclusive) and the vehicle age not exceeding 8 years. Except for operating vehicles, long-distance buses, agricultural vehicles, taxis, vans, minivans, special operation vehicles, etc. ;

5. Credit card customers of other banks do not include customers who only have credit cards of other banks:

(1) He has held other banks' credit cards for 6 months or more, and any credit card has 6 or more repayment records, and all credit cards have no overdue records in the last 6 months;

(2) The average credit line of other banks' credit cards is not less than 5,000 yuan;

(3) Any other bank's credit card has three or more consumption records in the last two periods, and the total accumulated points consumption exceeds 1.500 yuan. Except for purchase, car purchase, tuition payment, wholesale, energy, financial reimbursement, distribution, insurance and other consumption or transfer services. 6. If you have loan business in CCB, you can also apply. The conditions are as follows: the purchase price is more than 6,543,800 yuan+0.5 million yuan, or the monthly repayment amount is more than 500 yuan, and there is no bad credit record.
