The second limit is the credit card limit unique to China Everbright Bank. With this limit, you can spend in installments at the special merchants of Everbright, such as Suning Appliance. The second limit is permanent and will gradually increase with your good use of the card.

Temporary limit refers to the temporary adjustment of your main limit, which is generally valid for 45 days. You can spend the increased amount at any merchant.
