Methods/steps for handling ICBC, etc.:

1. If you already have a bank credit card, you can take it directly to the designated outlets. If you don't have a credit card, you must apply for one first.

2. To apply for a credit card, go directly to the bank to fill in the application materials. Generally, there will be a template. After filling it out, if it is approved in about one month, the bank will send a text message to the outlet to collect it.

3. After receiving the credit card, you only need to activate it and directly handle ETC. Many banks designate a specific day to handle ETC business, so we must first choose the outlets that can handle it, and then it is best to consult the date when the outlets handle business.

4. On the day of processing, get on the bus, bring your driving license, ID card and credit card, and you can go to the outlet to get the number, fill in the acceptance form and wait.

5. After receiving the fast-track card at the counter, there will be special staff to help install it in the car. And special card reading equipment will be used to activate the express card and electronic tag.

6. After installation, you don't have to queue up for the card on the expressway, just take the ETC expressway directly.
