The card can be obtained as soon as one week after the card has been printed.

After submitting the application, the ICBC Credit Card Department will conduct a comprehensive score based on many factors such as your past card use and credit status. Only those who pass the comprehensive evaluation can apply. You can contact the original collection agency, Peony Card Department or customer service phone number to check the progress or results within 15 to 20 working days after successfully submitting the application form.

Inquiry on the progress of ICBC credit card application:

1. Friends who apply for Peony International Card can call ICBC’s customer service hotline: customer service hotline, and press “9” after being connected to receive manual service , and let ICBC customer service staff check the application progress of the Peony International Card for you.

2. Friends who apply for other types of ICBC credit cards can only check your ICBC through the ICBC counter or contact the local card issuer (click here to view: Contact details of ICBC credit card centers across the country) The credit card application is in progress.
