The credit guarantee service is a bank value-added service that provides the contracted cardholders with SMS reminders of bills and repayment, personal credit certificates and SMS reminders of points due in the last three months, as well as exempting related credit card debts and receiving condolence allowance due to accidental death or disability. This is a fee-based service.

At present, the credit guarantee service is 3 yuan/month/card, and the service fee is calculated and collected in a three-month cycle, and deducted on the next day of the service subscription date, which is recorded in the current credit card statement, and the cardholder repays normally within the repayment period shown in the bill; If the cardholder fails to cancel the subscription before the expiration of the service period, the service will be automatically renewed (unless the card account is in an abnormal state and normal transactions cannot be conducted at the expiration of any service period). During the service period, if the cardholder cancels the subscription, the service fee collected will not be refunded, and the service will be provided until the deadline of the subscription service period.

Note: If you hold more than one credit card, you need to open it separately and pay it separately. The fee for the secondary card is included in the main card account.
