1. Log in to the CITIC Bank Credit Card website, click "Card Application Progress/Sending Progress Query", and then enter the ID number according to the prompts Inquiry;

2. You can call the CITIC Bank Credit Card Customer Service Hotline for inquiry;

3. Through CITIC Bank Credit Card Mobile Banking, after logging in, check the application progress inquiry after selecting the interface.
