If you mean the virtual electronic card of online banking, the electronic card is a payment card specially used for online shopping. This card is a non-physical card with an upper limit of balance control, which is applied by individual online banking customers themselves. It is a UnionPay standard smart card without passbook.

If you want to cancel your e-card, please log in to personal online banking and select E-card Payment-Registration/Cancellation-E-card Cancellation. If there is money left in the card, please transfer it to the registration card when you cancel.
