You can apply in the mobile phone client of China Construction Bank as follows:

1. First, open the mobile phone client of China Construction Bank as shown in the following figure.

2. Next, select Credit Card-Credit Card Application in the page.

3. Next, select the type of credit card in the page and click "Apply Online".

4. Next, continue to click online application at the bottom of the page.

5. Next, check the agreement on the page and click "Next".

6. Next, fill in your mailing address and other information, and click "Next".

7. Next, fill in some auxiliary information, and then click Submit Application.

8. After clicking Submit Application, you will see the prompt that the credit card application was submitted successfully.
