1. 2 copies of identity documents (referring to the ID cards, household registers, etc. of the applicant, spouse and family members).

2. 2 legal house purchase contracts or agreements signed between the applicant and the selling unit.

3. 2 copies each of the sales license, business license and completion acceptance certificate of the selling unit.

4. A copy of the mortgage or pledge list, ownership certificate, proof that the person with the right to dispose of the property agrees to mortgage or pledge, a written document that the guarantor agrees to provide guarantee, and an original copy of the guarantor’s credit certificate.

5. Other supporting materials required by the housing fund management agency.
