If the credit card applied online is lost before activation, you can call the Credit Card Center of Bank of Communications to report the loss if necessary. After the loss is reported, the Bank of Communications will automatically void and re-create the sending credit card. If it is no longer needed, please call customer service to cancel. If you don't use it, you'd better cancel it

Note that 50 yuan handling fee (card replacement fee) is required for Bank of Communications to change its credit card.

First, the customer service phone activates the Bank of Communications credit card.

You can activate your card by calling the 24-hour customer service hotline displayed on the back of the Bank of Communications credit card.

Please follow the voice prompts for the specific operation process.

Second, activate the Bank of Communications credit card online.

Log in to the homepage of Bank of Communications Credit Card Center and log in to Bank of Communications Credit Card Online Banking to activate the Bank of Communications Credit Card.

1. If you did not choose to use the password to confirm the transaction function when filling out the credit card application form, you can spend your credit card after activation.

2. If you choose to use the password to confirm the transaction function, you must set the transaction password in online banking or telephone banking before you can use this password for credit card consumption.
