You can't change your card directly at the branch.

Precautions for card replacement upon expiration: 1. It is free to change the card when it expires. After receiving the new card, you need to open it. Please cut the magnetic stripe of the old card after it expires. 2. During the card replacement period, the old card can continue to be used and redeemed for points, and the transaction password function of the old card needs to be manually set through the credit card customer service hotline. If the new card number is the same, once the card is opened, the old card will be invalid immediately, and the credit card inquiry password and transaction password need not be reset, and the points will be automatically transferred to the new card; If the new card number changes when it expires, the old card can be used until the expiration date, and the transaction password needs to be reset. 3. Send the expired renewal cards of the main card and the auxiliary card respectively. 4. Repayment can still return the old card or new card according to the bill. 5. No new cards will be issued for cards that have not been opened. If you need to use the card after its expiration, please apply for a new card.
