1. If you log in with a PC, please follow these steps:

1) After opening online banking, please log in to the online banking of Bank of China through the Bank of China portal (www.boc.cn), and the online banking login entrance link for individual customers is provided at the top right of the webpage.

2) Please select "Personal Customer Online Login" for the inquiry version and wealth management version, and "Personal VIP Customer Online Login" for the VIP version, and then fill in the correct online banking user name, static password and graphic verification code to log in.

3) When logging in for the first time, please download and install the "Online Banking Login Security Control".

4) Please use the initial login user name of online banking obtained when registering at the counter and the initial login password reserved at the counter to log in.

5) After logging in, you will be prompted to set a new online banking user name and modify the online banking password. You can't start using the function of online banking until you have finished modifying your user name and password.

2. If you use IPAD or APAD client to log in, please follow the following steps:

1) requires customers to download the online banking client of IPAD/APAD in the official software market, run the client, and fill in the correct online banking user name, static password and graphic verification code to log in.

2) When logging in for the first time, please log in with the initial login user name of online banking obtained when registering at the counter and the initial login password reserved at the counter;

3) After logging in, you will be prompted to set a new online banking user name and modify the online banking password. Only after modifying the user name and password can you start using the functions of the online banking client.
