3. Withdrawal of credit card overpayment of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank: ATM of the Bank: 0.5% of the cash withdrawal amount, with a minimum 5 yuan for each transaction. ATM of other banks: 3% of the cash withdrawal amount, not less than 30 yuan RMB.
