1. Active exemption of unique account: If the customer does not apply for exemption, CCB will voluntarily waive the annual fee and small account management fee of the unique account opened by the customer in our bank. The unique account refers to the unique entity RMB personal bank settlement account opened by individual customers in China Construction Bank (except wealth cards, private bank cards, credit cards, quasi-credit cards and online second-and third-class households without physical cards).

2. Customer's application for exemption: CCB can waive the annual fee and small account management fee for a CCB account designated by the customer (except for wealth cards, private bank cards, credit cards, quasi-credit cards and online second-and third-class households without physical cards). Individual customers can apply at any branch (including counters and ATMs) of tier-one branches with their valid identity documents and accounts.
