Suggestion:

Put some money first and repay the CCB in full in 1 to 2 months.

After repaying the CCB, assume you still owe 3,000.

Call the customer service number at China Merchants Bank to apply for an installment repayment. The handling fee is 1.5% for 6 installments and 2.5% for 12 installments. After application, the handling fee will be paid in full in the first month, and then the remaining balance will be paid back slowly.

The installment fee is 45 for 6 installments and 75 for 12 installments.
