Common reasons for activation failure:

1. Incorrect ID card input:

The ID number must be exactly the same as when applying for registration. If the ID card has not been upgraded, Please try the 15-digit ID number;

The letters in the ID card must be capitalized.

2. The validity period is entered incorrectly:

The bottom of the card number shows: 02/12-02/17, then enter 02 (month) 17 (year)

The bottom of the card number displays: 02/17, then enter 02 (month) 17 (year)

※If you apply through online channels and become a Minsheng credit card holder for the first time After receiving the card, please bring relevant materials to the designated outlets to activate (other methods of activation are not currently supported);
