1. Incorrect ID card input:
The ID number must be exactly the same as when applying for registration. If the ID card has not been upgraded, Please try the 15-digit ID number;
The letters in the ID card must be capitalized.
2. The validity period is entered incorrectly:
The bottom of the card number shows: 02/12-02/17, then enter 02 (month) 17 (year)
The bottom of the card number displays: 02/17, then enter 02 (month) 17 (year)
