One of the Yuetong Dragon Cards issued in Guangdong (excluding Shenzhen) has the ETC payment function, and using this card to pass ETC can enjoy a 12% discount on tolls in Guangdong Province. It can also be used as a standard IC credit card. There are two versions of this card, one is the standard version and the other is the car card version. There is no production fee for applying for the card. The annual fee for the standard version is 160 yuan/year. If you use it 3 times a year with any amount, you can waive the annual fee for that year. The car card version charges 200 yuan/year, and the annual fee cannot be waived. However, the car version of the card also provides some special benefits, such as weekly car wash services, points-based oil changes, and nationwide roadside assistance.
