2. Remote banking: After you log in to mobile banking, select "Remote Banking" in the upper right corner of the homepage, click "Business Processing - Call Remote Banking Agent" to handle business via video.

3. Business outlets: To open online banking, you need to provide the original identity document, a debit card in normal condition (a second-class account opened at the counter, a credit card or a current one-stop pass), and a mobile phone; this business needs to be handled in person. , no agency is allowed.
