1. Download and install Everbright Bank’s official APP Sunshine Benefit Life.

2. After entering the APP, click "My" in the bottom bar.

3. After entering, click Login, as shown in the figure below.

4. Enter the reserved mobile phone number and login password, and click OK.

5. Click "Service" at the bottom of the personal interface.

6. Find "Card Sending Inquiry" and click to enter.

7. Enter the cardholder’s ID number and click Confirm after it is correct.

8. Click "Send Dynamic Password".

9. Enter the received dynamic password and click Confirm.

10. You can check the basic information of shipping, and then click "View Shipping Progress".

11. You can check the specific dynamics and progress of the shipment, as shown in the figure below.
