You can go through the cancellation procedures at CCB outlets. Cardholders need to go to customer service to cancel their accounts and fill out the application form for credit card cancellation. Customer service personnel can only return the card after verifying the identity information of the cardholder.
In addition, you can call to cancel, and the cancellation process is as follows:
1. Confirm that your credit card has been activated and needs to be cancelled.
2. If it is not activated, you can enter the logout process. If activated, you need to check whether there are liabilities or deposits.
3. Call CCB Credit Card Center to confirm your identity and apply for cancellation of your credit card.
4. Cut the magnetic stripe of the card in time after cancellation.
Here is a reminder: if the credit card has arrears, including annual fees and handling fees, you need to pay off the corresponding arrears before you can cancel the card. Within one month or 45 days from the registration date of card withdrawal, the credit card really takes effect, and within three months, users can still reactivate it if they need to use it.
