Jinyan Card has the functions of cash deposit and withdrawal (except corporate card), transfer and settlement, consumption and inquiry. It is a registered debit card with no overdraft function.

The ownership of Jinyanka belongs to the rural credit cooperatives of counties (cities, districts) in Henan Province. The rural credit cooperatives of counties (cities, districts) are the subject of card issuance and legal relationship, and they are responsible for their own profits and losses and risks.
