Except for a few types of cards and business cards, a certain handling fee will be charged for the replacement of damaged credit cards.
2. The new card will be mailed to the cardholder’s billing address. When replacing the card, the cardholder should check the correct billing address with customer service.
3. If the current credit card is overdue and frozen, and the card status is abnormal, normal damage and reissue cannot be carried out. Cardholders should pay off the outstanding balance first, and then confirm with customer service that the card can be restarted before applying for a damaged replacement.
