2. Find "electronic certificate of Medical Insurance" on this page, choose your own place of participation, then click "Deactivate" and enter your own WeChat payment password according to the page prompts.

3. Check the relevant personal information on the page, click "Authorization Activation" after confirmation, and you need to complete the identity verification. Activate the social security card after verification.
