I. Password setting for express online banking:

1. Open the webpage:/citiccard/ucweb/entry.do;

2. Click "Forgot Password" in the login interface and reset the telephone service password according to the prompt;

3. Return to the login page and log in with the coupon number and telephone service password. Select Personal Settings → Set Transaction Password → Reset.

Second, personal online banking password:

1, open the webpage: /citiccard/ucweb/entry.do to log in (registration is required for first use);

2. Click Credit Card → Customer Service → Telephone Service Password Business → Reset (click Reset but don't modify);

3. Click Credit Card → Customer Service → Transaction Password Business → Reset (click Reset but don't modify).
