The first type: not yet.
1. Repay the minimum repayment.
Every bank will set a minimum repayment amount for credit card holders. As long as the cardholder can repay this minimum amount, the bank will neither charge late fees nor affect personal credit. Generally speaking, this minimum repayment amount is 10% of the bill amount. That is to say, if you spent 1 ,000 last month, and the money is not enough this month because of unemployment or other reasons, then you can just pay back 1 ,000. However, it should be noted that if the minimum repayment amount is selected, there will be no late payment fee, but 0.5% daily interest will be charged, which is quite enough. Therefore, the borrower had better pay all the bills as soon as possible.
2. Take the initiative to negotiate with the bank.
If the cardholder can't even pay the minimum repayment amount 10%, then don't choose to run away, that is, change the address and mobile phone so that the bank can't be contacted. This is the worst way to handle it. You know, from the day you apply for a credit card, your personal data and credit situation will be recorded in the central bank's credit information system. No matter where you go in the future, unless you don't deal with banks in your life, you don't pay utilities and media fees in real name, you don't buy mobile phone cards and handle fixed telephones, and so on. Otherwise, the bank will find you and your credit history will be discredited. It is difficult to get the approval of bank loans and credit cards in the future, and it may even affect your future employment.
The second type: the "lying gun" category is overdue.
Overdue due to personal information disclosure, counterfeit loans and card theft by criminals. You can go to the local people's bank to file an objection application, and generally you can get a reply within 15 working days. If the complaint is true, the defect will be eliminated immediately after the deadline.
After the credit card is overdue, try to repay it in full as soon as possible. Don't let the issuing bank stop the card, and don't take the initiative to cancel the card. Because under the current rules, as long as you continue to use the card and insist on repayment on time, after 24 months, the new credit record can cover the overdue record; In any case, you can only wait five years before you have a chance to stay out of banking affairs.
If the credit card is overdue, these measures can be taken: tolerance service, change of bill date, minimum repayment amount and bill installment. Most credit card overdue repayment is caused by the carelessness of the cardholder, so you must remember your repayment date and form the habit of repaying on time.
