There are 14 channels for mobile phone to query personal credit information, as follows.

2. Other designated commercial banks: Bank of Communications, China CITIC Bank, China Everbright Bank, China Merchants Bank, China Guangfa Bank, Ping An Bank, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, Minsheng Bank and Postal Savings Bank;

3. China UnionPay China UnionPay Express APP, but the personal credit report inquiry service on the APP is only provided in pilot cities such as Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Hangzhou for the time being, depending on the actual situation.

Take ICBC mobile banking APP query as an example:

1. Open the mobile banking APP, click "My" in the lower right corner and log in;

2. After logging in, find "Credit Report" in "More Functions" at the bottom of the page;

3. Agree to the credit authorization inquiry agreement, brush the face for authentication, confirm the inquiry, and wait for the inquiry result of the credit report.

Note that the personal credit report will only be saved for 7 natural days after the inquiry is successful, and it will be automatically deleted by the ICBC system after the expiration, so it needs to be saved in time. Of course, if deleted, you can re-query. There is no limit to the number of times you can check your personal credit report on your mobile phone through the Internet.
