The acceptance, review, approval, business card printing and mailing of new personal cards, supplementary cards and card upgrades will be completed within 15 natural days, or sent to the designated card receiving outlets. However, the time delay caused by irregular application, incomplete submission, follow-up supplement and other reasons is not included in 15 natural day, and will be postponed in case of legal holidays.
