The distribution and opening hours of eTRS self-service counters: The eTRS self-service counters are open 24 hours a day and are located in Terminal 3 of Changi International Airport. From mid-August 2011, more self-service kiosks will be installed at Changi International Airport's Economy Terminals 1, 2 and other selected airports.
