1. The owner carries his ID card, driving license, ETC pass and ETC-bound bank card, and goes to the business hall of ABC or ETC Management Department for cancellation.

2. Call the official telephone of Agricultural Bank of China to cancel, and follow the voice prompts. However, before canceling, you should confirm whether the account balance is zero. If the balance is zero, you can cancel it directly. If the account has a balance, it must be transferred out or consumed before it can be closed.
