If the personal credit report has any of the following conditions, the loan will not be granted:
(1) The borrower or his spouse has an overdue loan that has not been repaid;
( 2) The borrower’s quasi-credit card or credit card overdraft is overdue;
(3) In the past 2 years, the borrower’s loans (excluding student loans) have been overdue for 6 consecutive periods .
If the credit report has one of the following conditions, and does not meet the conditions listed in Article 1 above, the loan applicant can issue a written explanation of the situation and sign the "Letter of Commitment to Repay on Time and in Full". Loan grant:
(1) In the past 2 years, the borrower’s loan has been overdue for 3 to 5 consecutive periods, or the student loan has been overdue for 180 days;
(2) In the past 2 years Within 2 years, the borrower's loans (excluding student loans) have been overdue for 3 periods in total, but the loans have been overdue for less than 6 consecutive periods;
(3) In the past year, the borrower has been quasi-credited The card overdraft is overdue for 180 days;
(4) In the past year, the borrower's credit card overdraft has been overdue for three consecutive or cumulative periods.
If all overdue credit card overdraft records are due to failure to pay annual fees and there are no other transaction records, a loan can be granted.
