If you use a credit card to withdraw cash, there are two situations:

1. Overdraft withdrawal, the cash withdrawal limit is 50 of your credit card limit, and each card can only withdraw up to 5,000 per day. There are handling fees and interest for overdraft withdrawals. In other words, even if your available cash withdrawal limit is 20,000 yuan, it will take at least 4 days to withdraw it. The handling fee is charged at 0.5 of the cash withdrawal amount, with a minimum of 2 yuan and a maximum of 50 yuan. There is no interest-free period for cash withdrawals. The bank will charge interest at a rate of 50,000 per day from the date you withdraw the cash into your account.

2. Take excess payment. If you have excess deposits in your card, that is, overpayments, there is no handling fee for withdrawing the overpayments from the China Construction Bank in the province where your card issuance bank is located. If you withdraw your own money, there is of course no interest.
