1. Open WeChat and follow "Hebei Bank" in WeChat official account, and click "Enter WeChat official account".

2. Click on "Microfinance" in the lower left corner.

3. Select "My Bank Card".

4. Fill in the information of binding bank card and click "Submit".

5. After the binding is successful, turn on the "Transfer Notice" and "Display Transfer Balance" switches. Once set up, you will receive a WeChat once the bank card balance of your bound account changes.
