How to check credit card on CCB mobile phone?

The CCB credit card number is displayed on the credit card held by the customer. Customers can also inquire through any of the following methods:

1. If the credit card has been added to mobile banking, the complete account number can be viewed through the "Homepage - Account" menu of mobile banking. If some accounts are hidden, please display all accounts through the "Security Center-Information Management-Information Switch" menu setting. Note: If the "Account" menu is not displayed on the homepage, please click "" in the middle area of ??the homepage to enter the selection.

2. If the credit card has been added to online banking, it can be viewed through the "Credit Card - Credit Card Home Page - My Card Pack" menu in personal online banking. If the account protection function is set up and the account is not fully displayed, you can set "Unhide" through "My Account - Account Management - Account Hide".

If your credit card is lost, please report the loss through mobile banking, online banking, or 95533 as soon as possible.

How to check credit card in mobile banking?

In the case of China Merchants Bank all-in-one card or credit card, the inquiry method through mobile phone is as follows:

All-in-one card:

If the all-in-one card is associated with mobile banking, click " Headphone icon → Query"; click "My → Bank Card" and select the corresponding card "View Complete";

If the card is not associated with mobile banking, but you have transferred money to this card, you can click "My →All →Transfer" and select the queried card as the payee to query.

Credit cards:

1. After logging into the Palm Life APP, select "Finance→Card Manager" to display information such as the number of credit cards held and card types. Click on the card you want to query , click "Query" in the upper right corner of the page, enter the "Query Password" and after verification is passed, you can see the complete version.

2. If the credit card is associated with mobile banking, after logging in to mobile banking, click the "headphone icon → query → select account" in the upper right corner of the "Home Page", select the credit card to be viewed in the drop-down menu, and click "Send" Verification code", enter the verification code to view the complete query.

Warm reminder: ① Unreceived credit cards for newly opened accounts cannot be queried.
