If the buyer pays with a credit card, he can cancel the order from the credit card company within about 180 days

It is recommended that the seller collect the payment by creating a bill, and the buyer will collect the payment according to your Bill payments, as long as they are paid through his paypal account, whether it is a credit card or pp balance, are protected.
