1. The card status is abnormal, such as the card has expired.
It is suggested that the poster can look at the front of the card and the lower right corner of the card number. There are four numbers. There is a slash in the middle, which is in the form of "month/year". For example, it is 07/ 15, which means this card will expire in July 2015.
If the validity period has expired, the card will become invalid and cannot be used. You can call the bank to confirm whether a new card will be renewed.
2. There is no problem with the card. If the signal of the POS machine is not good and it is not connected to the network, the transaction will fail.
3. If the poster holds an IC chip credit card, since UnionPay has closed the downgrade transaction function, if the cashier still operates the transaction by swiping the card instead of inserting the card, it will also be unusable.
4. The poster’s card does not support transactions. For example, VISA single-logo cards/JCB single-logo cards do not support UnionPay transactions, nor do they support some online transactions

What to do if your credit card is about to expire
Our bank will send you a new card to your billing address before your card expires. After you receive the new card, activate it. You can use the new card, and the old card will become invalid. Please cut off the old card and destroy it yourself.
If the new card has not been received or the new card has not been activated, the old card can be used until the end of the validity period.
If you fail to receive a new card as scheduled when the card expires, please call the credit card service hotline for enquiry.
