Article 60 Cardholders use corporate cards for overdrafts , the unit shall be responsible for repaying the overdraft amount and paying overdraft interest. If a cardholder encounters an overdraft when using a personal supplementary card, the principal cardholder shall bear the responsibility for repaying the overdraft amount and paying overdraft interest; if the principal cardholder loses the ability to repay, the supplementary cardholder shall bear the responsibility for the overdraft. Article 61: Disputes between cardholders and special agencies shall be resolved by both parties themselves. Cardholders may not refuse to repay debts incurred due to the use of credit cards on the grounds of disputes.

Article 65 If a corporate cardholder violates the provisions of these Measures and transfers money from accounts other than the basic deposit account or sales income or deposits cash into his or her credit card account, he or she shall be ordered to transfer the money to the credit card account. In addition to returning to the basic deposit account, a fine of 50,000 yuan to 100,000 yuan will be imposed.

If a personal card holder violates the provisions of these Measures and transfers the company's money to his credit card account, he will be ordered to return the money and be fined 5,000 to 10,000 yuan.

Article 66: If a cardholder withdraws cash in violation of the provisions of these Measures, he or she shall be fined 30% to 50% of the amount of cash withdrawn.

Article 67 If a cardholder violates the provisions of these Measures by renting or lending a credit card and its account, in addition to being ordered to make corrections, he or she will be fined 5% of the amount incurred in renting or lending the account but not A fine of less than 1,000 yuan will be imposed and the illegal income will be confiscated.

Article 68 If a cardholder maliciously overdrafts, he or she shall be held criminally responsible in accordance with the law.

Article 70: If a staff member of a special agency participates in bank fraud activities and constitutes a crime, he or she shall be held criminally responsible in accordance with the law.
