First, you can apply for the renewal of the certificate of CITIC Bank in advance. Users are requested to bring valid identity documents consistent with those when opening an account to any business outlet of China CITIC Bank for replacement procedures.

Second, if the original application is a mobile certificate, please bring the USBKey, and you can get the USBKey written in the new certificate on the spot.

3. If you apply for a document certificate, you will receive a new "certificate download code" and you can download the certificate accordingly. After the new certificate is successfully downloaded and backed up, please select the invalid certificate in IE browser and delete it.
