Telephone loss reporting:
1. Customer Service Phone Report Loss: Call the customer service phone on the back of the credit card, enter the report loss area, and make a report loss request to the customer service of the bank credit card. Customer service will ask you to provide your ID number and name for verification. After verification, you can report the loss of your credit card.
2. Credit card loss reporting is a charging business (please consult the bank customer service for details). The charging standard for loss reporting is 60 yuan/card. If you need to reissue a new card after reporting the loss, you need to pay an additional fee of 65438 yuan +05 yuan/card. The reissued credit card will be mailed to your billing address within about ten working days. If you need express delivery, you also need to pay the express delivery fee in 20 yuan.
