1. Log in to Alipay account and click Application Center.
2. Use the arrow to drop down the page, use some water to pay the electricity bill, and click I want to use it.
3. Pay immediately.
4. Enter the payment amount and click Pay.
5. Click [Continue computer payment]
6. Enter the password and click to confirm the payment.
7. Payment has been completed
