If you are a new customer who applied online by Bank of China, you need to follow the activation steps on the card letter, and bring your original ID card, card letter and card to any branch of Bank of China in the province or city you selected when you apply for the card. If you have the ETOKEN authentication tool of Bank of China, you can also use the ETOKEN authentication activation card through the mobile banking, online banking and credit card activation functions of Bank of China. If you don't have tax return information in BOC, you need to go to BOC outlets or pay attention to the supplementary tax return documents of the official account of "China Bank Credit Card" WeChat, and then activate the card. If you are an old customer of BOC, after receiving the card, you can activate the card directly through self-service channels such as Colorful Life APP, or you can call the customer service hotline 4006695566.
