The online payment function was accidentally closed, so it can be reopened in three ways:
1. Log in to the personal online banking of China Everbright Bank and operate in "More Functions"-Electronic Payment-Payment Contract Management (external transfer function is required);
2. Log in to the mobile banking client of China Everbright Bank, and select "All"-"Payment"-"Electronic Payment Settings" through the "Home Page" field to open (you need to open the mobile banking for external transfer first);
3. Bring your valid ID, card and mobile phone to any counter of China Everbright Bank.
