1. Personal card holders can apply, but only holders of student cards, platinum installment cards, business cards, official cards, purchasing cards, ANA cards or supplementary cards cannot apply for the time being.

2. The applicant must make a good record of using the card and repay the loan on time.

3. Whether it can be handled and how much it can be handled shall be subject to the results of system evaluation.
